The City Terminal is the long distance bus terminal of Stockholm and is located just next to the train Central Station and T-Centralen, the central metro station.
Airport coaches. "Flygbussarna" go to the City Terminal (99 SEK, 40 minutes).
Train. The airport train Arlanda Express goes to the Central Station (240 SEK, 20 minutes).
Taxi. Make sure to ask about the price before entering the taxi. Some companies exploit the deregulated taxi market to charge extremely high fares, in particular from people unfamiliar with Stockholm. Be careful.

Public transport. From Bromma Airport you can also travel by public transport. One alternative is taking bus 152 towards Solna centrum, getting off at Sundbybergs torg,
taking the commuter train towards Västerhaninge, getting off at the Central Station (or Älvsjö station, if you are going directly to Stockholmsmässan).
Taxi. See above about extremely high taxi fares.
Stockholmsmässan Exhibition & Congress Center
From the Central Station, take the commuter train towards Södertälje hamn, Västerhaninge or Nynäshamn. A one way ticket costs up to 44 SEK and can be bought for example at SL Center, Pressbyrån and the SL Access automatic machines. After registering at Stockholmsmässan, your conference badge will serve a public transportation card.
